We control the entire process for the renovation or construction, drawing the plans, choosing the materials and working with renowned interior design studios. Our houses are designed to meet everyone’s wishes, from children’s playrooms to swings and heated swimming pools that are very practical for the older ones. Most of our houses are located near small villages. We use local materials using traditional techniques. Those who build, restore and maintain our villas are members of the local community as are the people who work with us (caretakers, cooks, maintenance staff and gardeners) and those who provide external services on our behalf (drivers, masseurs, yoga instructors, etc.).
Most of our houses have organic gardens and the ingredients used by our cooks are mostly seasonal and locally produced. Local restaurants, shops and other businesses also benefit economically from Wishome’s presence as our guests shop and eat there. We impact local economies, creating jobs and supporting businesses.
