The terrace, which borders almost the entire penthouse, has a chill-out area, dining area for 4 people and an outdoor shower. It has air conditioning in all the rooms, as well as heating. Located in Chamartín, one of the capital’s most sought-after neighbourhoods and just a 5-minute walk from one of the city’s most important thoroughfares, the Paseo de la Castellana. Its communication is unbeatable.
Bernabéu is perfect for enjoying its terrace practically every month of the year, whether relaxing in its chill-out area or having breakfast in the Madrid sky.
Nearby you will find all kinds of shops, from the Moda Shopping Centre, El Corte Inglés on Paseo de la Castellana, big brands located on Calle Orense to small neighbourhood shops. A few minutes walk away you can visit the Santiago Bernabéu stadium, the temple of Real Madrid football club. The pavements near the building have recently been enlarged, giving it more space to walk, enjoy the green areas and small playgrounds for children.
Rates
- 525€/day – Fridays and Saturdays
- 525 €/day monday to sunday, from abril 1st to october 31st
- 355€/day – Sunday to Thursday.
- Maximum capacity: up to 4 guests.
- cleaning fee: 150€
Conditions
- For bookings made more than 1 month in advance, 50% of the payment will be made at the time of booking and 50% 1 month prior to booking.
- For bookings made less than 1 month in advance, 100% of the payment will be made at the time of booking.
- Prices do not include 10% VAT.
- For cancellations made up to 15 days prior to booking, a change of date may be made within 6 months of booking, subject to availability and applying the rates in force at the time of the new dates selected.
- Cancellations occurring at a later date will entail the loss of the payment made to date.
- In the case of stays for the holding of events or celebrations, a deposit will be requested which will vary according to the number of people and type of event. In the event of damage, an assessment of the damage will be made and its repair will be deducted from the deposit made.
- If guests decide to interrupt their stay before the end of the booking, Wishome will not reimburse the part of the booking not used.
