Situated on a hillside overlooking the majestic Picos de Europa and the Cantabrian Sea, the villa offers an incomparable luxury living experience.
Upon entering, you will be immediately impressed by the spaciousness and brightness of the spaces throughout its 450m2. The large windows allow natural light to flood every room and create a sense of connection with the natural beauty that surrounds the property.
It has been designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible and is equipped with the finest quality materials and finishes, from exquisitely detailed wooden floors to high, elegant ceilings and windows that allow natural light to flood in from every corner.
There is a stunning indoor swimming pool that blends in perfectly with the surrounding natural environment. From inside the villa, guests can enjoy panoramic views of the landscape, thanks to the glass walls that open up to connect the pool to the outside. The exterior of the villa is equally impressive, with a 5000m2 garden with panoramic views of the sea and mountains. The porches are equipped with comfortable outdoor furniture and a barbecue to enjoy alfresco meals while taking in the spectacular views.

Location
The villa is in a privileged location in Prellezo, a beautiful coastal village in northern Spain, surrounded by spectacular natural scenery and golden sandy beaches. From the villa, guests can enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the Cantabrian Sea and the Picos de Europa mountains.
Just a short walk from the villa is Cala Berellín, one of Cantabria’s most prized treasures. It is a small beach surrounded by cliffs with soft white sand, and where the sea water is crystal clear and of an intense turquoise colour, making it an ideal place for swimming, diving or simply enjoying the sun and the sea. As well as being set in idyllic natural surroundings the villa is also located close to some of the area’s most outstanding places of interest. Just a few minutes drive away is the charming town of San Vicente de la Barquera, with its impressive old town centre and famous medieval bridge.
It is also possible to visit other nearby places of interest, such as the Natural Park of Oyambre, the Soplao Cave or the coast of Llanes, in Asturias, all within a short drive from the villa.
